At the start of each year, representatives from the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry (ABMDR) visit the Prelacy for a meeting with H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, to review the organization’s endeavors in the New Year. This year’s visit took place on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The ABMDR delegation was headed by President Dr. Frieda Jordan. The Prelate was joined by Very Rev. Fr. Dajad Ashekian, Very Rev. Fr. Barouyr Shernezian, and Executive Council members Dr. Dikran Babikian, Mr. Meher Der Ohanessian, Mrs. Therese Kemanjian.
The discussion focused on the organization’s endeavors of the previous year, their plans for the New Year, and the successes they have had thus far thanks to the collaboration of the community, including the Prelacy, and the support of donors and sponsors.
The Prelate commended the members for their dedication to the ABMDR’s life-saving mission, and wished them continued successes while reaffirming the ongoing support of the Prelacy.
