On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, the Armenian Ecclesiastical Brotherhood hosted its annual Thanksgiving Dinner at “Karapetian” Hall of St. Garabed Church in Hollywood under the auspices of H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate. On behalf of His Eminence, Very Rev. Fr. Muron Aznikian, Archpriest Fr. Vicken Vassilian, and Rev. Fr. Boghos Baltayan attended the dinner.
The program began with the invocation by the clergy and singing of the Brotherhood anthem. Mr. Hratch Yessaian delivered welcoming remarks. During dinner, young members of the Brotherhood presented a program of sacred songs, prayers, and a theatrical production of the Bible passage portraying Jesus’ visit to the house of Simon.
Brotherhood Chairman Mr. Avo Kabakjouzian thanked the guests for their attendance and briefly touched on the mission of the Brotherhood.
Fr. Muron conveyed the Prelate’s blessings and well wishes and commended the faithfulness and service of the Brotherhood’s members.
