Commemorative Events on the 102nd Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

On Monday, April 24, 2017, Armenians worldwide will commemorate the 102nd anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Within the Western U.S., a number of community commemorative events have been organized, in which H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, and clergy will take part.

The largest of these commemorations is the March for Justice, which each year brings together tens of thousands of people. The march will start at Pan Pacific Park (7600 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles) at noon and end at the Turkish Consulate where a program of remarks and cultural performances will take place. To facilitate the participation of our faithful, bus transportation will be provided from St. Mary’s Church in Glendale, St. Garabed Church in Hollywood, Holy Martyrs Church in Encino, Forty Martyrs Church in Orange County, Holy Cross Cathedral in Montebello, Crescenta Valley Church, and other locations. For information on bus reservations please call 888-924-1915.
