In December of 2018, the milestone 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Armenian Prelacy of North America under the jurisdiction of the Holy See of Cilicia and the 45th anniversary of the Western Prelacy will be ceremoniously celebrated with two special events.
On Thursday, December 6, at 7:00 p.m., a special concert and celebration will take place at Glendale Presbyterian Church (125 S. Louise St.) under the auspices of H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, and organized by the Religious and Executive Councils. The concert will feature renowned tenor Kevork Hadjian and the Hamazkayin “Hovhannes Toumanian” Choir, including choir members from various Prelacy parishes.
On Sunday, December 9, Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Glendale. H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will celebrate Divine Liturgy and deliver his message.
