Episcopal Divine Liturgy and Blessing of Madagh on the 56th Anniversary of Holy Martyrs Church of Encino

On Saturday, November 2, 2019, the Armenian Church will celebrate the Feast of All Saints, which is also the name-day of Holy Martyrs Church of Encino. This year also marks the 56th anniversary of the Church’s consecration.

On this occasion, on Sunday, November 3, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will celebrate Divine Liturgy, deliver his message, and conduct the blessing of madagh at Holy Martyrs Church. H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Vicar General, will preside over Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon at the Crescenta Valley Church.

The 56th anniversary banquet will take place on Saturday, November 9 at “Avedissian” Hall under the auspices of and with the presence of the Prelate. This year’s host is Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Nora Simonian.

The annual banquet of St. Sarkis Church of Pasadena will take place on Friday, November 8, at “The Great Caesar” Banquet Hall in Tujunga, while the annual banquet of the Crescenta Valley Church will take place on Friday, November 15, at “Impression” Banquet Hall in Glendale.
