On Saturday, January 25, 2020, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will travel to Las Vegas to preside over the name day celebration of St. Garabed Church.
The festivities will begin on Saturday evening with the preparation of the “herissa,” for which the Prelate will conduct the blessing of salt. Dinner will follow.
On Sunday morning, His Eminence will celebrate Divine Liturgy, deliver the sermon, and conduct the blessing of “madagh.” A luncheon will follow at “Koujakian” Hall.
H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Vicar General, will preside over Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon at St. Mary’s Church in Glendale.
