On Sunday, December 9, 2018, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Armenian Prelacy of North America and the 45th anniversary of the Western Prelacy, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will celebrate Divine Liturgy at St. Mary’s Church in Glendale and deliver his message highlighting the service and mission of the Holy See of Cilicia and our Prelacy.

Past and present servants and sponsors of our Prelacy, along with our faithful, are invited to join in this celebration. At the conclusion of Divine Liturgy, requiem prayers will be offered for the souls of all those who served our Prelacy.
This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the devastating earthquake in Armenia, the effects of which are still being felt to this day. By the ordinance of the Prelate, on this day, requiem prayers will be offered in all Prelacy Churches for the tens of thousands who lost their lives on that fateful day.
