On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, H.E. Bishop Serapion, Metropolitan of Southern California and Hawaii, paid a congratulatory visit to the Western Prelacy and met with H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate.
In his welcome speech, the Prelate spoke about the centuries-old brotherhood of the Armenian and Coptic Churches and the unity of the faith of the two peoples, praying that the two peoples would always remain committed to their Christian principles and values.
In his turn, Bishop Serapion thanked the Prelate for the opportunity to visit the Prelacy, he highlighted the spirit of cooperation between the Armenian and Coptic Churches of the past centuries, and stressed the importance of achieving joint successes for the future, for the steadfastness of the Christian Church.
