Head of the Armenian Catholic Archdiocese of Constantinople Visits the Prelacy

On Thursday, September 28, 2017, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, welcomed the visit of H.E. Archbishop Levon Zekiyan, Archbishop of the Armenian Catholic Archdiocese of Constantinople and Papal Legate for the Mekhitarist Congregation of Venice, who was in the U.S. to participate in events dedicated to Abbot Mekhitar. The honored guest was accompanied by Very Rev. Fr. Mesrob Sulahian.

Following introductions, the spiritual leaders conversed about the endeavors of their respective communities, focusing on the Armenian education and instruction of the new generations. The Prelate lauded the Mekhitarist Order’s vast cultural endeavors and contributions, and wished Archbishop Zekiyan continued successes in his mission.
