On Saturday, January 19, 2019, the Melkonian Global Overture hosted a day of events at UCLA titled Living Diaspora in support of the Narekatsi Armenian Studies Chair at UCLA, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The program featured a short documentary film contest, panel discussion, and concert celebrating the Armenian language and roots.
