On Friday, September 28, 2018, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, welcomed the visit of Ms. Jill Welton, newly appointed President of Dignity Health – Glendale Memorial Hospital, who was accompanied by Mrs. Marie Filipian, Community Health Manager, and Rev. Cassie McCarty, Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care. Rev. Fr. Movses Shannakian joined in the meeting.
Following greetings and introductions, the Prelate congratulated Ms. Welton on her appointment and wished her success in her new mission. Upon the request of the guests, His Eminence presented an overview of our Church history, specifically the history of the Western Prelacy.
Ms. Welton thanked the Prelate for his warm welcome and the guests expressed their appreciation for the Prelacy’s close collaboration and the Prelate’s support of Glendale Memorial Hospital.
At the conclusion of the visit the Prelate presented mementos to the guests.
