Monday, September 21, 2020, marks the 29th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
On this occasion, by the ordinance of H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, on Sunday, September 20, 2020, Prayers of Thanksgiving for the Republic of Armenia and the blessing of the Armenian flag will take place in all Prelacy Churches.
The Prelate will preside over Divine Liturgy, conduct the Prayers for the Republic service and flag blessing, and deliver his message at Forty Martyrs Church in Orange County.
H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Vicar General, will preside over Divine Liturgy, conduct the Prayers for the Republic service and flag blessing, and deliver his message at St. Garabed Church in Hollywood.
We pray for Almighty God to bless and safeguard our free and independent Armenia, our leadership and armed forces, and lead our people to a safe and prosperous life and to the fulfillment of our just rights.
