On Tuesday, October 18, 2016, the first quarterly Senior Chaplain Meeting organized by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Religious and Volunteer Services Department was held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Downtown Los Angeles.
Chaplain Rafi Garabedian, who by the ordinance of H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, heads the Western Prelacy jail ministry, participated in the meeting, and was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation “for his dedicated service to the inmates of Los Angeles County.”
