On Tuesday, September 29, 2015, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, along with H.E. Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, conducted the ground-blessing for the third phase of construction of the Homenetmen-HASK “Haig Hovsepian Campground” in Yerevan.
The ceremony began with the raising of flags, followed by the ground blessing service.
