Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, welcomed the visit of the new Armenian Relief Society Western Region Executive, headed by Chairperson Mrs. Silva Poladian. Very Rev. Fr. Torkom Donoyan, Vicar General, and Executive Council member Mrs. Elo Boyajian joined the Prelate.
