On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, about 70 students from Rose & Alex Pilibos High School, led by Principal Mrs. Maral Tavitian, accompanied by teachers, paid a visit to the Western Prelacy and were met by H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate.
During the meeting, the Prelate welcomed the students to the Western Prelacy and spoke about the importance of Great Lent and the challenges that are present in our Christian life, reminding them that they are always invited to be strong in their faith and to focus on committing good deeds. The conversation led the students to ask interesting questions, to which the Prelate gave comprehensive answers.
At the end of the visit, the Principal and teachers thanked the Prelate for his interest and attentiveness towards the Armenian student. Thereafter, he presented each student with a wooden cross and a copy of Jacques S. Hagopian’s “Voghgouyz” book.
