On Thursday, March 17, 2016, young students of Richard Tufenkian Pre-School visited the Prelacy and presented a heart-warming Easter program for H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, who was joined by Archpriest Fr. Nareg Pehlivanian and Archpriest Fr. Vazken Atmajian. The students were accompanied by Director Arsine Aghazarian and teachers.
The visit began with prayer at the “St. Dertad and St. Ashkhen” Chapel, and continued at the “Dikran and Zarouhie Der Ghazarian” Hall, where the students presented a lively program of songs and recitations dedicated to Easter and our homeland. Prior to the presentation, Mrs. Aghazarian thanked the Prelate for his warm welcome and invited the students to present a floral arrangement. His Eminence commended both the students and teachers for the wonderful performance. The visit continued at the “Sulahian” Reception Hall, where the Prelate spoke to the students about Palm Sunday and Easter. The visit concluded with the presentation of mementos.
