PRELATE TO PRESIDE OVER DIVINE LITURGY AT THE CRESCENTA VALLEY PARISH
– COMMEMORATING THE FEAST OF ST. STEPHEN THE PROTOMARTYR
Monday, December 26, 2016, is the commemoration of the Feast of St. Stephen the Proto-deacon and proto-martyr. The feast is a celebration of deacons, thus, during Divine Liturgy on Sunday, December 25, the service of deacons will be honored within Prelacy Churches.
H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will preside over Divine Liturgy at the Crescenta Valley parish where he will deliver his sermon paying tribute to the virtuous life, service, and martyrdom of St. Stephen and bless the deacons.

CHRISTMAS SERVICE TO BE OFFERED AT ARARAT HOME
On Thursday, December 29, the Prelate and clergy will visit Ararat Home in Mission Hills to spread Christmas cheer and convey their blessings and well wishes to the administration, staff, and residents.
The visit will start at 10:00 a.m. with a prayer service and blessing of water at the Skilled Nursing Facility. The same service will follow at the Sheen Chapel for Assisted Living residents. The visit will conclude with a holiday lunch with the administration, staff, and residents.
