PRELATE TO PRESIDE OVER DIVINE LITURGY AT HOLY CROSS CATHEDRAL IN MONTEBELLO ON PENTECOST
Sunday, June 4, 2017, is the feast of Pentecost, the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
On this day, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will preside over Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon at Holy Cross Cathedral in Montebello. The senior class of Armenian Mesrobian School will attend Divine Liturgy, receive Holy Communion, and hear the Prelate’s congratulatory message on the occasion of their high school graduation.
Following the service, at 1:30 p.m., a luncheon in celebration of the feast of Pentecost will be held at Tumanjan Hall under the auspices of the Prelate, sponsored by Holy Cross Cathedral Dean, Pastor, and Board of Trustees, and organized by the Prelacy Bible Study groups.
