PRELATE TO CELEBRATE PALM SUNDAY AT ST. MARY’S CHURCH IN GLENDALE
On Sunday, March 29, 2015, we will celebrate Palm Sunday, the triumphant entry of our Lord Jesus Christ into Jerusalem.
H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, will celebrate Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon at St. Mary’s Church in Glendale. The children’s procession will take place during the service, during which the Prelate will bless the faithful and the young children especially. Sunday School students will also participate in the procession.
At the conclusion of Divine Liturgy, the Prelate will conduct the Opening of the Portals ceremony, signifying the Second Coming of Christ.
On Palm Sunday, Rev. Fr. Boghos Tinkjian will celebrate Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon at Holy Martyrs Church in Encino.
